Meet the Team
ANTHONY OLIVIER
HEAD COACH | ownerI coach everyday people and competitive athletes with the same core belief: strength is built, not born.
My job is to give you a clear plan, coach the details that actually move the needle, and build the kind of momentum that keeps you showing up. Whether you want to get brutally strong, lose bodyweight without losing your spark, or step onto a platform for a powerlifting or strongman comp, we’ll do it with structure, good technique, and measurable progress.
I’m big on simple systems done consistently: smart progression, repeatable warm-ups, quality reps, and the smallest meaningful increases over time. Training should feel challenging, but never chaotic and it should be something you can sustain alongside work, stress, and life.
My long term goal is to help more people to become more independent in they’re health and wellbeing.
If I can teach you something that you then eventually share with someone else, that will then have a positive impact on their life, I’ve done my job. I only have 24hrs in a day so to help me reach my goal, I need to coach you to coach yourselves.
If you train with me, expect coaching that’s direct, supportive, and accountability-driven plus a community that actually wants to see you win.
JANE KIM
HEAD COACH | ownerI believe a training space should be a sanctuary. A place where people can switch off from the noise of the world and focus on becoming better than they were yesterday.
I love coaching people who are curious, who want to learn, and who are committed to growth, not just physically but personally. There’s something powerful about seeing the same familiar faces each week and watching them quietly excel in an area of life that, surprisingly, not many people truly value.
The small daily wins are my favourite part. The extra rep. The improved technique. The shift in confidence. Often my clients don’t think those moments are worth celebrating, but they are. Helping them recognise that progress and celebrating it alongside them is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
That is what Frank’s Gym embodies and it’s what I strive to continue building every single day.
I will always aim to make people better, not just stronger but more capable and more confident. I’m passionate about educating people on the foundations of strength and helping them find genuine enjoyment in training, because when you love the process it enhances your quality of life and longevity far beyond the gym floor.
If my clients leave their sessions smiling, feeling proud and walking a little taller than when they arrived, then I’ve done my job.
